1. The reasoning of the lower court’s acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is the same as that of the first instance judgment, except for partial dismissal as follows. Therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Each "Witness G" of the 3rd and 8th and 11th of the judgment of the first instance shall be construed as "Witness G of the first instance court" and "Plaintiff" of the fourth and fifth instance judgment of the first instance court shall be construed as "Defendant".

2. The judgment of the first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
