1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 250,977,121 and the amount of KRW 121,309,783 from January 27, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Grounds for claim;

A. The defendant has the following obligations against each of the following financial institutions:

① With respect to Hyundai Capital, the balance of KRW 12,237,690 out of loans made on March 10, 2009 and the balance of KRW 3,187,273 out of loans made on October 30, 2006 and the balance of KRW 3,187,273 out of loans made on October 30, 2006 and the attempted interest on KRW 2,628,191 as of November 5, 2012 on Samsung Card (3) as of KRW 45,884,820 of credit card price and its attempted interest on KRW 38,127,120 as of May 31, 2013 on the loans made on the HS bank (the date of confirmation of assets), the balance of loans made on October 30, 208 as of KRW 45,884,820, KRW 38,67,120 and KRW 120 as of KRW 40,5105,601.

B. On November 30, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) transferred the claim against the Defendant from Hyundai Capital, (b) the claim against the Defendant; (c) the claim against the Defendant from Samsung Card on June 28, 2013; and (d) the above claim against the Defendant from the HSBC bank on July 5, 2013; and (c) notified the Defendant of the transfer at that time; and (d) the overdue interest rate from the date following the date of the confirmation of assets is 17% per annum.

(c) On January 26, 2014 after the date each bond becomes final and conclusive, the interest in arrears as of January 26, 2014 is KRW 12,547,786, ② 663,564, ③ 5,129,042, ④ 6,706,849.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the principal and interest of each of the above obligations [12,237,690 Won 19,367,036 Won 2,54 Won 2,564 Won [2,187,273 Won 2,628,191 Won 663,564 Won] (38,820 Won 45,884,820 Won 38,127,120 Won 5,129,042 Won 60,000 Won 56,497,750 Won 121,309,783 Won] and interest for delay from January 27, 2014
