A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on April 20, 2019;

A. On April 20, 2019, at around 07:40 on April 20, 2019, the first intimidation Defendant stated the victim C indictment in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as “D” but there is no substantial disadvantage in exercising the Defendant’s right of defense, and thus, corrected as “C” according to the evidence examination result

Before his residence, the victim threatened the victim with “Iskh cannot be able to sleep due to the sound that Ish sphers grow,” and “Ishnh, Ispherb, Ispherb, Ispherb, Ispherb, Ispherb,” and “Ispherb, Ispherb.”

B. The second intimidation: (a) around 08:08 on April 20, 2019 at the same place; (b) on the same reason, the Defendant threatened the victim C with the following: (c) “Fresh before the tear tear gas”; and (d) intimidationed the victim C.

다. 특수협박 피고인은 2019. 4. 20. 22:00경 위 피해자 C의 주거지에서, 피해자 C의 배우자인 피해자 E으로부터 아무 소리도 내지 않았다는 내용의 설명을 들었음에도 바지의 오른쪽 주머니에 위험한 물건인 드라이버를 소지한 채로 피해자들에게 “내가 아까 어떻게 하는지 보려고 죄송하다고 한거야. 내 욕 하는 건 몰라도 우리 부모님 욕하는 건 못참아. 왜 욕했어. 씨발. 내가 일용직하니까 우스워 보이냐. 맞장 뜨자. 혹시 어릴 때 좀 노셨어요. 나 여기 칼침도 있어. 한 번 더 칼 맞는 거 아무 것도 아니야. 꼬우면 나랑 맞짱 뜨자고. 씨발 죽여버린다”라고 소리지르며 피해자들을 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

2. A crime committed on April 22, 2019 [Intimidation] around 00:35, on April 22, 2019, the Defendant threatened the victims by stating that “Chosa, flaba, flaba, pulba,” which read, at the same place, the present door of the residence of the said victims several times.”
