A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in the Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Retaliatory Crimes, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on July 27, 2013.

2. On October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 01:05 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (b) reported that the Victim F (F) was fluor; (c) did not receive the Defendant’s good mind; and (d) assaulted the Victim’s left hand.

3. Intimidation.

A. On November 9, 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:00, threatened the victim E (Inn, 26 years of age) with a view to the gymna floor B01, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and threatened the victim with “I will incidental to the gymnaa of the same gymna, inside the inside of the same gymna.”

B. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 23:55.
