A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in Ulsan-gu B, and the victim C was a person who resides in Ulsan-gu D, and the defendant and the victim had suffered conflict over two years prior to the adjoining one another.

1. On July 12, 2019, around 07:20 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant violated his/her residence by inserting his/her hand, which was salted on the Defendant’s residential rooftop, into the gate of the victim’s residence, into the gate of the victim’s residence, and invaded upon the victim’s residence, and spreading salt at the center of the victim’s house.

2. On July 16, 2019, around 18:30 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s house intrusion and damage property to cover approximately KRW 50,000 of the repair cost by dusting the red presses on the roof of the front gate of the victim’s house, on the ground that he/she puts the hand, with a frame from the victim’s residential gate to the front gate inside the victim’s residential gate, into the victim’s residential gate, and intrudes on the victim’s residence, and indicating that he/she is his/her own land.

3. On July 18, 2019, around 10:00 on July 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the Defendant’s residential intrusion and property damage to the Defendant’s residential premises by putting his/her hand, which included a frame from the victim’s residential gate to the front door of the victim’s residential gate, into the victim’s residential gate; and (b) impairing the victim’s residential gate; and (c) displaying that he/she is his/her own land. In short, the Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s residential gate roof to cover approximately KRW 50,00 of the repair cost by spreading the red gate

4. Around July 31, 2019, the Defendant, around July 15, 2019, written a letter to the effect that he/she would not send the victim’s written notice of a fine punished for insult prior to the details and prior to the victim’s request to remove the gate pole, and that he/she would not send it to himself/herself, and attached it as a poster on the wall inside the victim’s residence.

On July 31, 2019, at around 19:00, the Defendant opened a poster that the Defendant posted on the wall before the rooftop of the Defendant’s residence, and discovered the victim from the wall, and as the Defendant followed four persons, such as E, who are neighboring residents of the victim, etc., the Defendant is identical to the Defendant.
