Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On April 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months from the Busan District Court’s branch branch for night building intrusion and larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on October 17, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 11, 2020, around 16:30 on July 11, 2020, the Defendant was in front of the victim B’s residence located in Busan Northern-gu C, and opened a corrected gate and had a rice 10kg of 20,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession in the vicinity of the gate.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On July 11, 2020, around 17:02 on July 11, 202, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected in front of the victim D’s residence; and (b) opened the 2nd floor through the stairs, and opened the gate in order to steal money and valuables; and (c) did not carry the intention on the wind where the fluence is locked.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and attempted to steal the victim's property.

3. On July 11, 2020, around 17:06, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrecovered door door to the victim F in Busan G; and (b) left the office of the first floor of the underground floor through stairs to steal money and valuables; and (c) did not receive any money and valuables to be stolen; and (d) did not receive any attempted money and valuables.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on a structure managed by the victim, and attempted to steals the victim's property.

4. On July 11, 2020, the Defendant was living in the victim I and the attempted larceny. On July 11, 2020, around 17:19, the Defendant opened a gate which was not corrected and opened a gate in order to steal money and valuables by entering the gate and entering the gate, but was in the residence.
