A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc., with deadly weapons, etc.) and interfered with his/her duties: (a) around 04:20 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant collected plastic tables on the front of the said restaurant into the restaurant, without any particular reason, and then opened them into the restaurant with the large amount of “as soon as possible, tax base return, etc., in the knife” to the victim; (b) the Defendant d's d' (n', 47 years of age) collected the d'flaf, which was in danger by gathering the container at which the victim did not have a knife, distributed the snife to the victim.

In addition, from the above date to 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant got customers who had been in a restaurant by avoiding the disturbance as above among about 10 minutes.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by taking the head requiring approximately three weeks of treatment and the left-hand bucker's 2 degree image, etc. at the same time, and by force.

2. On July 20, 2013, at around 04:25, the Defendant injured the obstruction of performance of special duties: (a) a slope G belonging to the F District of the Suwon Police Station, which called the above restaurant after receiving a report of 112 on July 20, 2013, carried the Defendant’s shoulder by hand; and (b) a heavy knife national flag of the said G (29 years old) was aground on the left side of the said victim’s water.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes, and the Defendant inflicted injury on G, such as face that requires approximately one week medical treatment, picture, etc. on the head part of the head.
