A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Highest 2016 highest 3463;

A. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim H and stolen the victim J's property.

3. On July 29, 2016, around 13:00 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the North Korean church, following the open door door of “M intersection” managed by the victim L in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu; (b) carried out the collected money on the table, and (c) carried out the collected money on the table to KRW 1,100 as owned by the victim N.

B. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant entered a restaurant through an open door of the “ Qcule” managed by the Victim P in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu P, and from that time, between 05 and 25:25, the Defendant taken money and valuables worth KRW 375,000 in total, including KRW 60,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 10,000, and KRW 375,000,000, in cash from the door door inside the bank owned by the Victim R, during the period of 05:25.

Accordingly, the defendant is managed by the victim P.
