The Defendant is a person who drives a lele-car with a le-car.

On July 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 1 km from the ice apartment parking lot to the intersection of the village of the same Gu, which is around 0.054% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol level from around 03:50 on July 30, 2017.
