On November 7, 2017, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven a BM3 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.121% in blood alcohol level to the intersection of the village located in the same Gu-dong on the roads located in the middle-dong of Busan Metropolitan Government.
