Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution at the Seoul Central District Court on April 24, 2009, and the sentence became final and conclusive on November 12, 2009.

Criminal facts

1. No person, other than Defendant A person handling narcotics, shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, trade, assist in trade of, possess, give or receive, or deliver, psychotropic drugs;

Notwithstanding the absence of a person handling narcotics, the Defendant:

A. A. At around 22:00 on October 2008, in collusion with B, the Maspoptyes (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) consisting of psychotropic drugs contained in D in the tobacco inner area from the Mospher around the Maspop (one philopon; hereinafter “Wlopon”) were received without compensation, and received them.

Defendant

A and B, as such, receive 0.8g philophones, and divide them by 0.4g each.

B. On the same day as the above paragraph (a), around 23:00, around 38 national highways linked to Nacheons, the amount equivalent to 0.05g of phiphone 0.05g, which was received in a single-use entertainment room as above paragraph (a), was dilution into a single-use injection machine, and administered it in a way of injecting her arms.
