A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.1g of Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who were delivered by D at the guest room in the curine in Busan-gu, Busan; and (b) administered them by means of dilutioning approximately 0.1g of Melopic clopic caton into one’s left part, using a disposable injection device.

2. On June 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was delivered from D at the house of the Seo-gu Busan apartment E-dong 305, 708, 2017, in a manner of dilution with a single-use injection device, using a single-use injection device, to put in injection into his own left arms.

3. On August 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was delivered from D at the house of the above D, in a manner of dilutioning it into aquatic water, using a single-use injection device to put it into injection in his/her left part.

4. On May 15, 2018, around 11:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones delivered from G at the Defendant’s home of 305 building F, Busan, Busan, by dilutioning approximately 0.1g of philophones into aquatic water, using a disposable injection device to put in injection to his left neck.

5. On May 25, 2018, at around 02:20, the Defendant administered drugs in a manner of dilution of approximately 0.1g of philopon, delivered by J, in front of the I convenience store located in P, Busan L, with a single-use injection device, in his/her left part, by dilution of approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection device.

6. On May 25, 2018, around 02:30, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philopon, which was delivered by J at the curine guest room as set forth in paragraph (1), in a manner of dilution with curine 0.07gs, into one’s left part by using a disposable injection device.

7. On June 14, 2018, around 13:00, the Defendant added approximately 0.07g of philophonephones delivered from G from the Maurine guest room as stated in paragraph 1 to put them into one’s left part by dilution of 0.07g of rophones.
