1. On September 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a phone-phone carrying 500,000 won in the market price among the Plaintiff’s games, which was released on the game machine by the victim E while playing the game in Busan, Busan; and (b) stolen the phone with a crepan around the game machine by using a crepan in which surveillance was neglected.

2. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim H on the five-story toilet located in the Busan Blue Zone F located in the Busan Blue Zone; (b) discovered one cell phone of a 100,000 Blue-A mobile phone in the market price; and (c) stolen it by taking advantage of the gap where the surrounding surveillance was neglected.

3. On August 16, 2018, at around 23:58, the Defendant: (a) discovered property equivalent to KRW 880,000 in total, including the cash amounting to KRW 80,00,00, which was located in the game machine “J Gameland” on the first floor located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) discovered the victim K’s game and opened the game on the top of the game machine; and (c) discovered the property amounting to KRW 80,000 in cash, which was located in the game machine “A”; and (d) stolen it by taking advantage of the gaps in around the game room.

On August 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 05:59, at an emergency room at the Yongsan-gu Ambassador of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) brought about a theft of KRW 59,000,00,000 for male workers who were in the victim’s invasion; (c) as at around 1,200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won were to be paid from around 0: (d) around August 27, 2016; (e) around 06:06:0,000,000 for the violation of the law related to credit specialization and the fraud; (e) around 59,000,000,0000 won for the victim’s invasion; (e) around 06:04,000,00 for convenience of the Defendant 1.
