A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Criminal facts

On December 4, 1985, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 years from the imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months in Busan District Court for attempted larceny; 2 years in the imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months in the Changwon District Court on February 7, 1995; 3. on February 27, 2007, to a suspended sentence of 2 years in the imprisonment with prison labor for attempted larceny; and 4. on May 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in the imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch for attempted larceny.

Around December 2011, 201, the Defendant cut off one cellular phone (24k, 3.72g) from the victim’s cell phone (18k, 60.7gg, 60.7gg) where the victim’s name cannot know his/her trade name near the Maritime Affairs and Daegu Office located in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, and the rest of his/her bath is being taken back in another bath-gu where the victim’s name cannot know of his/her key in his/her bath-gu, and the victim’s cell phone (24k, 3.72g) where the victim’s market name is being kept in his/her clothes using the key.

On January 25, 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened the clothes room at the women’s bath room in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do; (b) opened in advance the cell phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 850,000 in the market value of the victim E in the room; and (c) opened one cell phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 30,000 in the market value of KRW 120,000 in the market value; and (d) cut one stamp of an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market value; (d) one stamp of an examination color of an amount equivalent to KRW 705,00 in cash; (e) two transportation cards; (e) six credit cards; (e) one credit card cards; (e) one medical insurance card; (e) one one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, one, one, one, and one, a theft.

C. On January 17, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime of January 17, 2012, at around 19:00, found out that the victim H, she off his/her clothes and entered a bath without locking the clothes, and opened the clothes that have not been corrected.
