A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted larceny, etc. at the Militarysan Branch of the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 20, 2016.

1. At around 10:37 August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim E was able to put the key of the clothes in the bathing room and take a bath; and (b) cut off the cell phone of the amount equivalent to KRW 300,000 in cash owned by the victim and USD 600 in the following year with the key in the said bathing room; (c) cut off the cell phone of KRW 300,000 in the market price of KRW 300,000 in the market price, and KRW 150,000 in the market price, and KRW 150,000 in the mobile phone.

2. On August 21, 2016, at around 07:30, the Defendant discovered that the victim F put the key of the clothes in the bathing room and intended to take a bath. The Defendant, with the key in the said bathing room, stolen the Defendant’s clothes by taking 80,000 won in cash owned by the victim, credit cards, identification cards, etc., and then cut off the cell.

3. From around 10:23 to 11:01 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the victim I was able to take a bath while putting the key to the clothes in the bathing room and taking a bath at the front city G during the period from around 10:23 to 11:01, the Defendant cut off the 700,000 Won of the market price of the victim’s possession of the key in the above bath with the key in the bathing room.
