A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 20, 2016, around 18:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered a white MTB bicycle, which is the victim’s possession, from the bicycle storage stand located near the construction site of the semiconductor plant of Samsung-si, the Defendant: (b) cut the locking device using a pent in possession; and (c) cut off the bicycle.
B. On September 26, 2016, around 01:00 on September 26, 2016, the Defendant discovered a white bicycle owned by a victim who is not aware of the market price in the bicycle storage area near subway 4 line 3 located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and stolen it in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
C. On September 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at around 04:00 on September 27, 2016, the Defendant: (b) cut off the crepit of “D”, which the victim E was locked by putting his/her own clothes back to his/her key; (c) continuously opened the clothes No. 93 in the front room by continuously using the said key, and cut off cash of KRW 10,00,000 in Chinese currency; (d) KRW 50,00 in Chinese currency; (e) KRW 100,00 in the market price, the victim’s market price, 100,000 won in verification color bags; (e) KRW 40,000 in mobile phones; and (e) KRW 40,000 in the market price.

9. 30. Around 00:00, at the upper limit of 61, subway No. 4, the bicycle storage line prior to the subway No. 61, which was located in the upper limit, found a black hybrid bicycle in which the market price cannot be known, and stolen it in the same manner as described in paragraph 1(a).
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. A. Around September 27, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime to a taxi driven by the Victim F at a non-permanent place (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”) located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si on September 27, 2016, around 04:49.
