Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2015, at around 04:10, the Defendants: (a) obstructed the progress of the patrol on the roads of the Ebby club located in Daejeon Seodong-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) on the grounds that, on the grounds that the Defendants and alcohols were false reports, the victims H(47 years of age) and the victims I (28 years of age) belonging to the Daejeon Police Station G District, the Daejeon Police Station G District, where the Defendants and alcohols were dispatched to the said area due to theft reports by the Defendants, and that there was defect in the site and the police measures were not taken by the victims; and (c) Defendant B prevented the progress of the said patrol by taking the front hand of the patrol car on the front side of the patrol car, or by expecting both arms to be taken on the steering window.

이에 위 피해자들이 순찰차에서 내려 피고인들에게 주의를 주던 중 피고인 A은 오른팔로 위 H의 왼팔을, 왼팔로 위 I의 오른팔을 각각 잡아 밀고 당기다가 손바닥으로 위 I의 얼굴을 때리고, 그 사실로 인하여 현행범인으로 체포되면서 위 I의 팔꿈치와 손등을 때리고, 피고인 B는 위 H의 오른쪽 무릎을 발로 찼다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the maintenance of public peace and order, and at the same time, the Defendants committed each injury such as slot sprinking, inspection, etc. on both sides in need of two weeks of treatment, and the injury such as the right sprinking, sprinking, etc. to the above H, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
