A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who suffered from mental illness such as dementia and depression for a long time, has committed the following crimes under the lack of the ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. Around 19:00 on January 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put in a bank in possession of one “one percentage of White Cream” equivalent to KRW 80,000 on the market price displayed in the cosmetic, which was displayed in the Maart Corp, Inc., Ltd., the victim 167 of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; (b) around 14:00 on January 18, 2018, the Defendant brought in a bank in possession of one “one percentage of White Cream Cream” equivalent to KRW 80,000 at the market price displayed in the cosmetic at the place specified in paragraph (1).

1. Grounds for sentencing under Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act;

1. From one month to four years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor within the applicable sentencing range by law;

2. The sentencing criteria shall be set.
