A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny (thief) around 12:00 on June 2019, 2019, the Defendant: (b) committed theft by inserting the disaster of 150,000 won at the market price which the victim displayed in front of the victim, using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) then, (d) by inserting it in plastic sealing.
2. On November 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed robbery on November 1, 2019, around 11:47, 2019, the Defendant: (b) stolen the victim F from “G” operated by the victim F in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (c) 5 the victim displayed in front of the victim, using a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, thereby putting the victim into the bank.
3. On November 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim C’s “D” operated by the victim C on November 23, 2019; (b) intruded the victim’s into the victim’s body in Nam-gu, Busan on November 23, 2019; and (c) cut off one of them into the back part of the market price displayed in such body by using the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (d) thrown down one of them into the back part of the market price of KRW 120,000.
4. On November 25, 2019, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on November 25, 2019, went into the “J” operated by the victim I located in Nam-gu, Busan on November 25, 2019, by means of inserting a 80,000 man-made clock of the market value displayed within the crepan where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, after intrusion into the victim I in order to duplicate the stolen object.
5. On November 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim C within the “D” operated by the victim C in Busan Southern-gu around 12:00 police officer on November 1, 2019; (b) invadedd the victim’s crebb in order to color the object to be stolen; and (c) stolen one of the small trends with the market price of 20,000 won displayed within the said crebs in order to display the victim’s surveillance alone.
6. The Defendant commits a theft (thief) on December 2, 2019.
