Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2017, at around 10:30 on April 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken advantage of the gaps in the victim D store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, where employees, such as the head of a store, were neglected to monitor; (b) taken advantage of the gaps in an amount equivalent to KRW 30,00 in the market price of the victim’s possession; (c) brought about a theft by placing juice, etc. in a bank prepared in advance by the Defendant; (d) around 14:00 on August 7, 2017, the Defendant brought about a theft by using the same method as indicated in paragraph (1) above; (d) 67,500 won in total at the victim’s market price displayed in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (e) 8:50% in total at the victim’s market price; and (e) 1.7.2081 in Gangnam-gu, where the Defendant prepared for the theft in advance.
