1. Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;
However, with respect to Defendant C, imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A around 11:00 on April 11, 2016, Defendant A acquired a victim L, which was stolen from GP located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on the same day from 18:17 on the same day, from the G PP located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Dobong-gu J, the third floor KPP, and one cellular phone, H, and I, around 18:30 on the same day, at around 18:30 on the victim L, which was stolen from the NP located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City M, with the knowledge that around 19:40 on the same day, Defendant A acquired a victim L, which was 80,000,000 won owned by the victim PP located in QP located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and at the same time, Defendant A acquired a cellular phone of 300,000,000 won.
2. Around 22:30 on April 5, 2016, Defendant B acquired stolen goods from H in awareness of the fact that Defendant B’s 7 mobile phones was stolen in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 20:30 on the same day at around 20:30 on April 5, 2016, Defendant B acquired stolen goods at KRW 340,000, while acquiring stolen goods from H in awareness of the fact that Defendant B was stolen in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s 7 mobile phones at a gallony level equivalent to KRW 1,100,000, from March 2016 to April 5, 2016.
3. On February 20, 2016, Defendant C acquired stolen goods at KRW 50,00,00 from AD while knowing that the Z was stolen in front of the Yelel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the building of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, AB, or the 1st underground floor prior to the 13:03rd anniversary of the same day, Defendant C acquired stolen goods at KRW 50,000 from AD, even from that time until April 11, 2016, by acquiring stolen goods at KRW 14 times, such as the flag table (2) in attached Form 1.
4. Acquisition of stolen goods by Defendant D
A. Defendant D around 22:00 on April 7, 2016, around the same day as H and I around 20:10 on the same day before the AF hospital located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AE.
