Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant habitually purchased 7 cell phones in total four times from the date of the crime to September 8, 2016, with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen part of the H Station located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. From around 10:00 on May 2016, the Defendant acquired 7 cell phones in total 7,000 won, even though he knew of the fact that it is a stolen part of the victim K’s gallon phone owned by the victim K, from the J, the Defendant acquired gallon at least 7,80,000 won, with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen part of the gallon phone owned by the victim L.
2. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing at least 880,000 won, knowing that the Defendant was the Defendant’s possession on the road adjacent to the Gyeonggi-do public service center for the passport, which was parked in the 226 World Cup in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-do, and the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing at least 880,000 won, with knowledge that the Defendant was the Defendant’s possession on the road side of the Gyeonggi-do public service center for the passport, one of LG5 mobile phones, LGGG4 mobile phone one, one of the S6 mobile phones when gallon-gu, S7 mobile phone when gallon-gu, and one of the galth
3. The Defendant, at around 19:00 on August 10, 2016, purchased stolen goods from the office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul N and 16 stories in Seoul, with knowledge of the fact that S7 mobile phones owned by the victim’s owner was stolen at KRW 80,00,00,000 in the market price of 80,000,000, which is the victim’s owner of the victim’s O, and acquired stolen goods from the Defendant’s criminal act. From that time to September 3, 2016, the Defendant purchased ten cell phoness of 10,000,000 won in total, with knowledge of the fact that it was stolen, as shown in Table 1 (2) of the Crimes Day.
4. Crimes committed by Defendant D;
A. The Defendant acquired stolens. From August 16, 2016 to August 22:00 of the same month, the Defendant became aware of the acquisition of stolens through “ Qu” coffee shop in the Suwon-si P, and “boldter” drawing.
