Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolens.
3. On April 8, 2016, around April 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased KRW 220,000 with knowledge of the fact that Samsung Gallon owned by C around G cafeteria located in the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then purchased KRW 400,00,00 of the market value of the victim H, which was stolen by C, around G cafeteria F.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolens.
