A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court's Branch on February 13, 2013, and on December 16, 2015, the Defendant had been sentenced to four times the same records of theft in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence.

1. Habitual theft;

A. On January 23, 2016, at around 17:57, the Defendant opened a door of the EKanche vehicle parked by the victim D and opened the door at the 105 underground parking lots of the 105-dong, Dong-si, Chuncheon-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, the Defendant possessed the said victim’s 2,00 won (the said victim’s possession of the container).

B. immediately after the crime described in the above A., the Defendant opened a door of G Kanop vehicle parked by the victim F and opened the door of the vehicle in which the victim F was parked at the above place, and had a face amount of KRW 3,000, the above victim’s possession in the container bed.

On January 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the J Kanit vehicle parked by the victim I in around 102 underground parking lots of the Hocheon-si, Chuncheon apartment house 102, which was prepared in advance; and (b) opened a door of the J Kait vehicle parked by the victim I; and (c) held a 50,000 Won, the above victim’s ownership.

After the crime described in paragraph (1) was committed, the victim K opened a door of the LKanop vehicle parked by using the parts prepared in advance at the above location, and the victim K opened the door of the container at the same location, and the above victim's owner, who was in the container at the same location, has a face of 3,000 won.

E. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant opened a door that was parked by the victim’sO on the N in the front of Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, and carried with him a gift certificate of KRW 60,000,00, cash, KRW 7,000, and KRW 2,000, the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables worth 275,000 won in total, over five times.
