A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【2016 order 195】

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00 on the date, and around 10:0, at around 2016, stolen the property from the victim D’s house located in the second North Korea C2 level; (b) entered the house to the victim’s house through the entrance, which was not locked, and intruded into the victim’s residence.

B. On the same day as the above paragraph (a) of the same paragraph, the Defendant entered the victim F's house located in Gyeongbuk E 2:00 am and took the property as a stolen idea, and then intrudes upon the victim's house through the window that is not locked.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant intrudes upon the date, time, and place indicated in paragraph 1(a) and was on the television of the living room at that place.

The amount of 30,000 won (hereinafter referred to as 30,000 won) cut off the victim's property.

B. The Defendant invadedd at the time, time, and place set forth in paragraph 1-B, as seen above, and carried out one unafreshing and a gold-componing f, the market price of the victim F, who was in the inside and outside of the said place, with one gold-componing and one gold-componing. The Defendant cited one copy of the victim’s mother G resident registration certificate that was in the victim’s mother G, and stolen it.

On July 26, 2016, around 01:20 on July 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat with the victim’s parking vehicle in J, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) opened a driver’s seat with the victim’s parking vehicle; and (c) kept the container in the front of the said vehicle.

The amount of 50,000 won has been cut off and it has been stolen.

On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat with the victim’s “M cafeteria” in Yong-gun, Young-gun; (b) opened a driver’s seat with the victim’s parking at the front of the “M cafeteria”; and (c) kept in the container of the vehicle.

2,00 won or more has been cut down and it has been stolen.

E. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) Q in front of the Victim P P’s house located in the Gyeongbukbuk-do, the first day of August 2016, the Defendant parked therein.
