Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who has installed 90 game machines on the second floor of the building of the Cheongju-si E, and operates a game room without any trade name. The defendant C and the defendant B are employees in charge of the management of a game machine, cleaning and the care of customers in the above game room.
1. From March 6, 2015 to March 7, 2015, Defendant A provided customers with game products using “sea-to-sea camping” game without being classified by the Game Management Committee for the purpose of having them input 10,000 won in the game machine and play the game, and obtaining points according to the kind of physical height appearing on the game screen, and exchanged 4,500 won to customers, excluding 10% of the points obtained from “sea-to-sea camping game” game products, from March 6, 2015.
As a result, the defendant provided game products that have not been classified for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
2. Defendant B established 90 game machines as stated in the date, time, and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1), and provided customers with the game “marine camping machine” which was not classified by the Game Management Committee, and 5,000 won, which was acquired through the use of the game products, provided customers with 4,500 won in cash, and aided and abetted them by easily using a game machine, cleaning, and customer name in order to assist them.
3. The defendant C set up 90 game machines as stated in the above paragraph (1) at the time, place, and set up 90 game machines as stated in the above paragraph (1) and provides customers with game products “marine camping machines” which are not classified by the Game Management Committee, and exchange points of 5,000 won in cash to customers through the use of game products. In order to help them, the defendant management and cleaning of the game machine is carried out.
