A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall advertise to induce or induce any other person to buy sex in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.;

Nevertheless, at around 23:38 on June 17, 2020, the Defendant sent the message as described in the above Paragraph (1) to the police officer who pretended to be the customer, and promised to engage in sexual traffic in the above police officer and KRW 1.50,000,00, and introduced D to the other female party to sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic.
