Punishment of the crime

No one shall place an advertisement that solicits or induces another person to buy sex or engage in any act of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

1. From April 27, 2016 to May 10, 2016, Defendant A, at the request of the owners of commercial sex acts, (i) placed a leaflet with the content of “Korea 20 A, A, A, A, A, A, A, and D”, and (ii) placed an advertisement soliciting or inducing the purchase of sex in the way of attaching the leaflet to the toilet of a building located in the Dong-gu, U.S., U.S., Ma-gu, U.S., and (iii) placed an advertisement with the content of “Fma”, and (iv) arrange commercial sex acts by receiving brokerage fees of 10,000 won per customer from the owners of the above businesses.

As a result, the defendant recommended or induced sexual traffic, and had engaged in commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 17, 2016, the Defendant established a massage place where sexual traffic is conducted on the third floor of the building located in Yongsan-gu G in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu. From that time to May 10, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 130,000 per capita from male customers who want to engage in sexual traffic among those who want to engage in sexual traffic and arranged them to divide part of the said money into H and I, and by guiding them to a room where sexual traffic is waiting for customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
