A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership;

Nevertheless, on February 20, 2014, the Defendant purchased B Ethp car from a person with no personal knowledge in the name of the deceased on February 20, 2014, and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said car in the name of the Defendant until December 31, 2014.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures Taken after Accidents), violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act are those engaged in driving of Mat Motor Vehicles. On December 31, 2014, the Defendant was a person engaging in driving of the Mat Motor Vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license on December 31, 2014, while driving the said Motor Vehicles in front of C at the time of residing at the time of carrying out the said Motor Vehicles without mandatory insurance, due to negligence in the course of duties, neglecting the duty of front left right and right and right and duty of accurate operation of the steering system.
