A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant illegally using air defense: (a) on the front side of the Home Pampers in Seocheon-si, Jungcheon-si; (b) on the name-free car sold by the automobile dealer in the name-based “B”; (c) on an exchange of the CYF YF Gun car sold by the Defendant under the name of his father D, and EM3 car owned by the Defendant; and (d) upon requesting the broker to attach the number plate of the MP3 car to the Y3 car in the Y3 car in the name of his father, the said broker had the broker attach the Y3 car front and rear number plate in the front and rear of the YF Gun; and (c) received delivery of the YF Gun on the roads adjacent to the Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate which is air straw.

2. On October 2, 2012, the Defendant operated a YF or other car with E number plates attached from February 2, 2012 to October 2, 2012, such as operating a YF or other car on a commercial line near the YF or other car, where E number plates are attached, in the vicinity of the YF or other car near the YF or other car in the YF or other car located in the YF or other car located in the Sinsi-dong from February 2, 2012 to October 2, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. On February 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) upon delivery of a vehicle registered as a vehicle under paragraph (1) on the roads around the CYF YF YF Gun, which is located in the CYF Gun, from the date of acquisition, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of acquisition; (b) notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant applied for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor by attaching E number plates on the said YF GunGun

Accordingly, the defendant takes over a registered automobile without any justifiable reason, and also applies for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days.
