A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the article in Sinstitu City, 19:30 on October 27, 2012; (b) and (c) carried 280,000,000 won of the market price managed by the said victim D, which was kept in his/her warehouse, on the E Td motor vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.

2. On November 3, 2012, around 22:10 on November 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) carried the goods into F vehicle and stolen them; (b) loaded 800 g of the total market value of KRW 2.4 million managed by the victim D, which was kept in the warehouse; and (c) stolen them.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.
