1. Defendant H’s 3,400,000 won to Plaintiff G and 6% per annum from August 18, 2012 to October 5, 2013.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 2012, Defendant H entered into a contract for removal of the entire interior and exterior of the rooftop from J 1 to D (hereinafter “instant construction”) with K operating J, and agreed to pay the instant construction cost in the account of a national bank account (Account L; hereinafter “instant account”) in Defendant I’s spouse, Defendant H.

B. For the instant construction, Defendant H entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs on each of the construction mid-termrs owned by the Plaintiffs, and entered into each of the instant construction contracts with the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “each of the instant contracts”). Defendant H decided to settle the price under each of the instant contracts on a daily basis.

C. Under each of the contracts of this case, the Plaintiffs leased their equipment to Defendant H during each of the construction periods listed below, and at the same time performed subcontracted construction works from Defendant H, and each of the accrued rents and construction costs is as follows:

According to the facts of the above recognition, Defendant H: (a) 2,70,00 won to Plaintiff A for the purpose of the rent and construction cost during the construction period; (b) 11,400,000 won to Plaintiff B; (c) 6,80,000 won to Plaintiff C; (d) 2,550,000 won to Plaintiff D; and (e) 2,50,000 won from August 17, 2012 to October 5, 2013, respectively, on the day following the date of each final payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.
