A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On July 3, 2018, the Defendant attempted to sell and purchase marijuana on July 3, 2018: (a) around 00:50, the Defendant agreed to purchase it from D stores in the B Apartment-gun, B apartment, C, and the Internet search, and agreed to purchase it from D stores in the name of D in the name of the passenger bank account number: 620,000 won under the name of D in the name of the price for marijuana; (b) however, the Defendant failed to purchase marijuana and failed to purchase it.

B. C. On March 6, 2019, the Defendant received, without compensation, marijuana equivalent to 0.2g of tobacco in the form of tobacco from an influenceist’s name at a club located in Thailand around the new wall. D.

At the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant dumped marijuana equivalent to 0.2g of marijuana received as described in the preceding paragraph, and dumped it.

2. On March 6, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring), administered a total of 2,3 times, 2,000 MMA (MM), a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, and a Kenya’s influence, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, in a manner that the Defendant administered 2,3 times in total,00 MMA and Kenya’s influora.
