Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, a corporation with 503 U.S. D., which imports and sells ELD TV (LETV) in China.

1. Where goods are imported from any foreign country in violation of the Customs Duties Act, such goods shall not be imported without meeting requirements for permission, approval, recommendations, certification or other conditions necessary for import in any unlawful manner;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On September 15, 2014, the number F on September 15, 2014, imported 87 LDTV (LDTV) in China from China, and failed to meet the safety verification body’s confirmation under the Electric Appliances Safety Control Act at the time of the import declaration. However, domestic LDTV (LETV) received from the Korea Chemical Convergence Examination and Research Institute for Food and Drug Convergence in the past, submitted a false report on safety verification, and cleared by submitting a false report on safety verification of domestic LDTV (LDTV).

B. On February 23, 2015, a number G on February 23, 2015, imported 704 LDTV (LDTV) from China from China, and also failed to obtain a safety verification body’s confirmation certificate, and the former Korea Testing and Research Institute submitted the certificate of voluntary safety verification to China for a domestic monitor, and cleared the certificate of voluntary safety verification by submitting it in falsity as a certificate of voluntary safety verification of LDTV (LDTV) from China.

From September 15, 2014 to April 9, 2015, the Defendant cleared a total of 2,087 ELD television by unlawful means, as described in attached Table 1, from September 15, 2014 to April 9, 2015.

2. No trader or distributor of goods, etc. in violation of the Foreign Trade Act shall falsely indicate the country of origin;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, like the above Paragraph 1, imported and sold ELD television finished products in China, and even though the country of origin was in China, was manufactured on the back of the product.
