Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, as a D representative in Gangnam-gu Seoul, is a person who imports and sells easan coffees, etc. in Korea.
When a person intends to import goods, he/she shall report on the description, specification, quantity, quantity, price, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall not meet the requirements for permission, approval, recommendation, certification or other conditions necessary for import, or import by unlawful means.
Although the Defendant intended to import the goods indicated in the attached list of crimes, he received safety certification and inspection under the Electric Appliances Safety Control Act and the Food Sanitation Act, the Defendant had the intention to import the goods without meeting import requirements due to considerable expenses and time. On February 27, 2008, the Defendant received safety certification and inspection from Spain “E” in the name of “D” to the Incheon Airport Customs located at the Incheon Airport Customs, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and 272 on February 27, 2008 and received 12 times in total, 11,395,415 won from 11,39,415 won without obtaining safety certification under the Electric Appliances Safety Control Act, 360 won from 129,300 won, 360 won, 298, 298, 298, 198, 360, 198, 305, and 515 won from that time, from that time to November 23, 2012.
