A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a person handling psychotropic drugs as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, the Defendant dealt with the Megacule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) of psychotropic drugs as follows:

1. At around July 16, 2018, the Defendant provided 0.1g of philophones to D from the street store front of the convenience store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu to provide D with approximately 0.1g of philophones.

2. On July 27, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:26, planned to purchase a DNA and written phone in front of the above C convenience store, and moved from D to F Station in Incheon Bupyeong-gu E along with D.

In addition, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 350,000 from G to D in the vicinity of the above F Station, and KRW 0.35g from G to G in the middle of the exit No. 1 F Station No. 350,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to sell and purchase phiphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that makes it difficult for the Defendant to take the philophones over 0.1g from the cross-disposed telephones near the above C convenience store at around 22:0 on July 16, 2018.

B. On July 27, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that the Defendant laid approximately 0.2g 0.2g of philophones on the gambling site at the IMoel located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, with D, at around July 27, 2018, in a way that the Defendant renders the philophones by heating 0.2g of philophones on the gambling site, leaving the smoke, and making the smoke fast.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to administer philophones.

C. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones on the gambling place at around August 20, 2018 from the cross-faceted telephones located in the change of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on August 20, 2018. The Defendant administered philophones by means of heating 0.1g of philophones on the gambling place, and promptly saving the postponement.
