A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is also a person who is engaged in driving a car.

On September 10, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:15, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.121%, driven the said car and proceeded at a speed that is impossible to see by three-lanes from the intersection distance of the Han field of Han River, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

At the time, since it is at night, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the steering room and the right and the right of the motor vehicle, and operate the steering gear and the brake system.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 위와 같이 술에 취하여 이를 게을리 한 과실로 전방에서 신호대기로 정차하고 있던 피해자 C(44세) 운전의 D 택시 뒷부분을 위 코란도 승용차 앞부분으로 들이받고, 그 충격으로 위 택시가 앞으로 튕기면서 그 전방에서 정차하고 있던 피해자 E(여, 56세) 운전의 F 쏘렌토 승용차 뒷부분을 위 택시 앞부분으로 들이받게 하고, 계속하여 그 충격으로 위 쏘렌토 승용차가 앞으로 튕기면서 그 전방에서 정차하고 있던 피해자 G(47세) 운전의 H 엑센트 승용차 뒷부분을 쏘렌토 승용차 앞부분으로 들이 받게 하고, 그 충격으로 위 엑센트 승용차가 앞으로 튕기면서 그 전방에서 정차하고 있던 피해자 I(54세) 운전의 J SM5 승용차 뒷부분을 위 엑센트 승용차 앞부분으로 들이받게 하였다.

The Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained the injury of the victim C, the victim K(59 years of age), L(n, 59 years of age), M(n, 32 years of age), N(n, 26 years of age), the victim E, the victim G, and the victim I, respectively, suffered the injury of the victim C, the victim O (47 years of age) who was on board the said SM5 car, in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
