The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On November 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.182% with blood alcohol concentration of 01:40%, and driven the five-lane of five-lanes in front of the exit 8 in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, with a speed that cannot be known from the direction of the airspace towards the airspace.
