A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) was kept in custody the front number plate of the BK7 car operated by himself due to the default of local tax in the apartment guard room for the apartment house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) was attached to the white acrylic board purchased by a computer for the purpose of uttering.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the “B” car number plate, which is the mark of public office.

2. The Defendant: (a) placed the “B” car number plate forged as above at the time and at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph; and (b) operated the KS7 car with the aforementioned forged car number plate up to July 22, 2015, from that time to July 2, 2015 at the Defendant’s home, from that time to July 2, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of forged public offices.

In light of the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and consequence of the commission of the crime, circumstances after the commission of the crime, and other factors such as sentencing prescribed in each subparagraph of Article 51 of the Criminal Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
