A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the PPia vehicle B.

1. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at DKa Center located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) the previous Defendant failed to pay automobile tax; and (c) the front registration number plate of the said vehicle was kept in custody at the competent authority; and (d) the Defendant made one registration number plate B in a manner that spreads the bar press by seeking the NAM and spreading the number plate in the shape of the above.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a registration number plate, which is a mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant: (a) placed a forged motor vehicle registration number plate on the said motor vehicle at the aforementioned time, at the same time, at the place; and (b) exercised the forged motor vehicle registration number plate from that time to March 25, 2013 by operating the Bridge up to the front road of the Seoul Urban Gas Station at the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do from March 25, 2013.
