Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2012, the Defendant forged a copy of “F”, “F”, “G”, “H”, and “Plaintiff F” in the form of “application for the purchase of a cell phone in the name of the customer,” “F”, “F”, “H”, “M” and “F” in the form of “application for the purchase of a cell phone in the name of the Plaintiff, which is one of the private documents related to the rights and obligations by signing in the Plaintiff’s column.

2. At the time and place of the event of the above investigation document, the Defendant issued a forged application form to C as if it was prepared by F with F’s permission.

3. The fraud defendant presented the victim C the above forged application form, F's resident registration certificate, and passport to the victim C at the above time and place, "I am F is unable to use a mobile phone due to leaving the mobile phone in the U.S., so I am unable to promptly open the mobile phone and send it to the U.S.." However, there was no entry that F obtained permission from F to open the mobile phone in the name of F.

The Defendant, at the same time, obtained two cellular phones from the victim and opened and used them throughout the gallon, thereby having the victim bear the total amount of KRW 1,574,800, and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to the same amount.
