Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "Criminal Force" was sentenced on July 28, 201 to one year and six months by imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on September 4, 201 and was written in the indictment on September 4, 2012 is an obvious clerical error.
In the Seoul Southern Detention Center, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated.

1. Crimes committed at a mobile phone sales store;
A. On October 24, 2013, at least 13:00, the Defendant forged private document forgery and uttering of the above investigation document in two copies of the application form for U subscription which was kept at the above sales store for the purpose of exercising it at the J mobile phone sales store located in G in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with no authority, to enter the said sales store in the customer name column of U subscription, including “E”, resident registration number K”, “K”, and customer address column of Gyeonggi-do, “F (State)” and “M” in the business registration number column, signed and sealed the private document on rights and duties, and signed and sealed the application form for U subscription, personal information utilization consent, LET PPus/SB agreement, and the application form for program purchase, which is to sign and seal the “M” in the “N, resident registration number column,” “OP,” and the “EM-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-E-M-M-M-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-A-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-M.
