Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B.

Around 06:30 on July 14, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car and proceeded two-lane roads in front of the Incheon Michuhol-gu Office of Education and Welfare, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Incheon, with two-lane roads in front of the 29 Incheon House of Education and Welfare from the boundary of the 29 Incheon House of Education and Welfare.

At the same time, there was a vehicle under stop in accordance with the new subparagraph, and thus, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident by reducing the speed and maintaining the safety distance with the vehicle on the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive under the influence of alcohol such as blood alcohol concentration of 0.155% and failed to verify a stop signal while driving normally due to the influence of alcohol such as a breathing, unbooming, walking, etc., and failed to accurately operate the brake system, and received the parts behind the DNA car driven by the victim C (the 40-year-old driver) (the 40-year-old driver) who was stopped under the stop signals at the front end of the said vehicle due to the negligence.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the injured party due to the external shock of the climatic signboard which requires treatment for about three weeks.

2. On the date and time set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said B B B B B B B B B B B B in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.15% in the section of about 7km from the French Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the place set forth in Paragraph 1.
