Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a vehicle Bnicus;

At around 01:50 on August 9, 2020, the Defendant had two-lane roads in front of the “D” located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Michuhol-gu, along one-lanes from the long distance room to the lower-distance three-lanes.

At the same time, there was a vehicle under stop in accordance with the new subparagraph, and thus, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident by reducing the speed and maintaining the safety distance with the vehicle on the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was unable to confirm a stop signal without being negligent in driving at the front time in a situation where normal operation is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as ina incorrect and face color, and was driven by a 0.14% alcohol concentration, and due to negligence in failure to accurately operate the brake system, and was driven by the victim E (the 26-year-old) who was parked in the front part of the said vehicle under the stop signals at the front part of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim, such as salt dump, tension, etc., which requires two-day medical treatment.

2. On the date specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said B UF vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.14% from an influoral distance to the place specified in Paragraph 1.
