A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on March 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B B C with blood alcohol concentration of 0.236% in the private park located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

At the time, the Defendant was unable to drive normally due to influence of drinking such as 0.236% of blood alcohol level and 0.236% of this level, and failure to properly memory the situation at that time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, entered the intersection by violating the stop signal while driving the said Tball-free car in a condition that it is difficult to drive normally due to the influence of drinking, and caused the said E to take part of the front-hand part of the Dolst taxi driven by the victim C (Nam, 35 years old) who was directly driving under the new head of the Sin-gu Office at the right side of the said Tball-ri vehicle at the right side of the said Tball-ri vehicle and continued to take part of the front-hand part of the said Tball-ri vehicle at the right side of the said Tball-ri vehicle at the front side of the new copy-distance room, and caused the said E to take part of the driving seat and tension of the said vehicle at approximately four weeks, and caused the above E to take part of the driver's seat and tension of the said water (Seoul, 39 years old, 39 years old, 3 years old and 56 years old, 3 weeks in the above tension and the above tension.
