A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2018, at around 18:20, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with E, which is operated by the Busan Jin-gu B victim C (Y, 51) in the ‘D' operated by the Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, and doing so, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting the victim's b by hand, going beyond the pushed floor while drinking together with E, which becomes a problem of calculation with C with the victim.
