Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been in office as the representative of the Association B from January 2009 to now.

1. On April 1, 2012, the Defendant held the third board of directors in 2012 at the office of the Young-gun branch of the Korean Association B, which is located in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun on April 11, 2012, and decided to suspend the qualification for one year against the victim branch of the Korean Association for the reason that “the victim branch of the Korean Association B, which is an incorporated association (hereinafter “victim branch”) interferes with the passage of the amendments to the Act on Traditional Bullfighting and does not seek opinions with the Association and the Association.” On the other hand, the Defendant deemed “Cheongdo Folk Bullfighting (Folk match)” as an illegal game for which the president of the Association did not approve, and decided to suspend the qualification for one year against members participating in the said match, and thereby preventing the victim branch of the Korean Association and its members from participating in the folkfighting in ten areas other than the folk match by notifying the members of the above resolution to the members of the Korean Association and obstructing the victim from participating in the business by force.

2. The Defendant, at around 11:00 on June 30, 2012, held a regular meeting of the first half of the year 2012 at the office of the Association, which is an incorporated association in Jinju-si, the Defendant decided on permanent expulsion on the grounds of verbal abuse, assault and violence, lack of interim arbitration, distortion of the resolution of the board of directors, etc. On April 1, 2012, the board of directors decided on permanent expulsion for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant, at the office of the Association, which is an incorporated association in Jinju-si; (c) the Defendant failed to participate in the Cheongdo Folk Fighting, which was held by the members of the Association; and (d) the Defendant, who is the president of the Association, ordered the victim branch for the reason of unpaid membership fees (30,000 won, etc.); and (c) the Defendant interfere with legitimate affairs of the Council by force.
