1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells automatic control equipment.

On January 24, 2011, the Defendant was designated as a “other public institution” under Article 5 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions for the purpose of developing electric resources, and was changed to a “market-type public corporation” under Article 2011-1 of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance notification pursuant to Article 6 of the above Act.

B. On January 23, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a purchase contract with the Defendant (B) (hereinafter “instant contract”). Of the material purchase specifications attached to the instant contract, the part relating to the instant contract is as follows: (a) the Plaintiff is installed in the water supply room of the Defendant during the quarter of the instant contract, and the equipment to realize the optimal performance cost by controlling the original fluoring price so that the Plaintiff may equally distribute the amount of the unpaid portion flowing into each of the water supply pipes to the Defendant; (b) 24 parts of the material purchase specifications attached to the instant contract to the effect that the Plaintiff would supply 29,310,000 won.
