A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around 11:00 on January 20, 2018, the Defendant stolen eight articles worth KRW 27,380, in total, of KRW 27,380, including 1,700, 1, and 2,250, 1, and 27,380, 1, etc., of the market price, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim C was neglected in the Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and 426.

A. Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right and exercised the forged signature of another person.
