A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications;

Nevertheless, around November 9, 2018, the Defendant filed an application for subscription to Internet telephone in the name of “E” with “E”, and opened 23 telephone lines, such as telephone number F, etc., from around 201 to January 4, 2019, and then transferred 105 telephone lines from Co., Ltd. D’s telecommunications business operators to G, such as the list of crimes in attached Form Nos. 1 to 23, such as “F,” and let them use the said 105 telephone lines for communications.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for another's communications.

2. On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a business operator to open the Internet telephone call center office from China, etc. to a foreign country; (b) opened the Internet telephone network from abroad to use it for a crime of telephone financial fraud; and (c) opened the Internet telephone network; (d) opened a large number of unspecified people by sending out text messages for loan to a large number of unspecified people; and (e) solicited victims to buy money by deceiving victims as if they would have induced them to face the telephone via the telephone financial fraud call center; and (e) opened a business operator to open the Internet telephone to use it for the said G for the financial fraud; and (e) leased the office to lease the Internet telephone.
